We are iHeadHunt, a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2012 and are headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark.

We focus on IT profiles and aim to deliver relevant candidates for presentation. We typically present candidates that our clients want to meet. We work fast: on average it takes 10 days before we send the first motivated and relevant candidate for presentation, as we operate with weekly sprints. We have long-term cooperative relationships with Momondo, Dansk Industri, Edlund, and Bluegarden / Visma. We focus only on IT profiles, having deliberately opted out of headhunting all types of profiles to maintain a clearly focused specialization. We have been around for eight years.

We specialize in Search & Selection (IT and technical profiles), Outplacement (IT and technical profiles), Headhunting (IT and technical profiles), Recruitment, and Recruitment Consulting. We deliver these services with a straightforward, process-focused approach to connecting IT and technical professionals with opportunities.
