We are ilke grup, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Gebze, Turkey.

Our purpose is to support our business partners through recruitment, payroll and HR administration, process management, performance management, strategic recruitment, candidate data pooling, organizational development and OHS trainings. We started our operations in Gebze, focusing on personnel procurement in the logistics sector, and we adopt the principle of institutionalism.
