InClue rekruttering, we are a public company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Oslo, Norway.

We know which mechanisms make it difficult for employers to reach candidates with lived experience of disability, and which barriers job seekers face. We are specialists in delivering functional competence, and we use new recruitment approaches that challenge traditional methods. Through our unique network we reach candidates who would otherwise be difficult to access, and we help employers develop workplaces that reflect the composition of people in society.
