Intermanpower

We are Intermanpower, a self-owned staffing and recruiting company operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 2002 and are headquartered in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia.

We recruit and train talents in Malaysia for local and multinational companies and for global markets. We develop tailored, comprehensive career development programs called the Anak EduCAD Program to retain and motivate our clients' workforce, in collaboration with Government Linked Skills Institutions, Polytechnics, Higher Learning Institutions and Universities throughout Malaysia.

We operate with a focus on compliance and quality, conducting our work in accordance with the Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct (on Labor & Ethics) and holding ISO 9001/2015 Quality Management & Quality Assurance System certification.

We operate across Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak, to deliver staffing and recruitment services and our development programs to local and multinational clients.
