Intro Personeel – we are a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2006 and are headquartered in Alblasserdam, Netherlands.

As part of De Florys Groep, we started in 2006 mediating people to permanent positions. What started small beside the Kinderdijk windmills has grown into a chain of locations. Companies like doing business with us because of our knowledge and experience of the regional labor market. Together with recruiters, we strive daily to create a good match between vacancies and talent. We apply our network and our experience to help people flourish in the right job.
