IT Search AS is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1999 and are headquartered in Oslo, Norway.

We use the most clear and proven candidate search system on the market. This ensures we contact candidates when we work on a position that fits them, and we provide ongoing feedback on their application status and progress.

We map candidate profiles through a CV, interviews, network references and press coverage. Then we select a candidate for a shortlist. We present this candidate to the client, preferably through a meeting. We are often present in such meetings and support both parties. Later, further quality assurance may be undertaken.
