We are Itinera - Career & Talent Management, a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1999 and are headquartered in Antwerp, Belgium.

We offer in-house and open programs and have specialized in topics such as coaching leadership, preparing for personal development plan conversations, collaborating from our core strengths, giving stress a place in our working lives, dealing with diversity, how we manage our career, and building a team together.

We draw on extensive experience in career management and coaching, having guided and trained employees in diverse topics such as career development, career orientation, leadership, basic communication, dealing with stress, and applying our strengths.

We use development centers as a tool to assess potential and provide a clear view of the competencies present, enabling us to position suitable and qualified staff in the right roles within an organization.

We offer career guidance with the support of a career coach, helping individuals find more inspiration, a new challenge, the dream job, more harmony and balance, improved collaboration with colleagues, and a better work-life balance.
