We are Ive Jobs, a temporary work agency authorized by the Ministry of Labor, Family and Social Protection, which carries out activities of recruitment, hiring and detaches Romanian workers in the EU labor markets and beyond. We operate in the Human Resources industry as a self-employed organization. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Bucharest, Romania.

Our purpose is to recruit and place personnel for our partners, and to manage the employment of those individuals under applicable law for a definite period. The personnel identified are employed by us and are available to partners under an employment contract for a definite period. If you entrust us with the management of personnel, we will select from our database candidates whose professional experience matches your requests, and second them to you at the requested date and for the requested period, in the shortest possible time.

We operate in Romania. The activity takes place within the legal framework of Romanian legislation as well as the partner country's legislation. The personnel we identify may be Romanian citizens or citizens of the European Community, and they are employed by us under an employment contract for a definite period.

For the duration of the mission, the temporary workers are our employees, and we assume the tax and social contribution obligations for those employees. We provide temporary staffing services within the described framework, with the partner not bearing these obligations.
