iziwork Italia is a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry, and we are headquartered in Milan, Italy.

We are the digital work agency that, through artificial intelligence and technology, speeds up and optimizes the processes of finding personnel for companies. Our innovative operating model standardizes the quality of service and efficiency across the territory through a central headquarters and territorial hubs that allow us to be close to the local productive fabric and to integrate localized functions with centralized ones.

We were founded in France in 2018, and we entered Italy in 2020 with the opening of offices in Milan.
