We are Jivaro Search, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2010 and are headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This approach generally works best when multiple roles need to be filled within a specific time frame and budget. For Contingent Recruitment, we screen, select and interview suitable candidates using our extensive network, our in-house database and specific market-related job boards. For Executive Search, we conduct heavy research to identify and head-hunt specific people to match your needs; this is a longer process with a more targeted outcome and is generally billed on a retained basis.
