JOBFORHUMANS: we are a partnership operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2010 and are headquartered in Cali, Colombia.

We operate nationwide as a recruitment agency in the human resources market, delivering support to optimize recruitment and outsourcing processes, and mitigating risk in talent acquisition while reducing costs in HR administration. We aim to improve turnover by ensuring a better-selected and better-trained workforce, with contractual risk managed through efficiency in the markets for production factors where human capital is involved.

We pursue growth and economic development from the perspective of head hunting, working jointly in the country’s labor markets where we have contributed to the growth of industries as experts in the health, financial, real estate, and labor sectors as specialized researchers. Across the national territory we have contributed to the sustainable development of more than 300 companies with occupational profiles nationwide, by strengthening the various sectors in which we operate, including the health sector (clinical and caregiving), pharmacies (retail), the services sector, the financial sector, manufacturing, technology (software development and artificial intelligence), education, security, agro-industrial, and the real sector. We work in alliance with strategic partners to provide the necessary human capital for the production of goods and services in the nation; we share objectives with our clients, and we have achieved excellent results nationwide.
