We are JOBOKO, a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam.

We trace our roots to GoodCV, a project developed from June 2018, and we have earned the trust of many corporate recruiters and job seekers. We were honored as one of the Top 15 projects in the Startup Việt program in 2019 by VNExpress. We are designed with a flexible architecture and focus on core technology for a dedicated job search engine, digitizing HR knowledge, and applying machine learning to optimize recruitment processes and reduce costs for enterprises.

We connect the right people with the right jobs, helping enterprises increase business performance. We connect quickly to reduce recruitment time and the time to find jobs. We remain free for job seekers. We aim to provide effective and affordable results based on technology. We provide content about workplace culture and employment norms by country.

We deliver recruitment online, connecting the right people with the right jobs. We designed a flexible platform with a Job Search Engine and machine learning to analyze and process job data, connecting jobs and job seekers accurately and shortening recruitment and job search times for enterprises and candidates. We offer a free set of tools to create professional CVs, and we provide tools to create, manage CVs and apply online, with free suggestions of suitable jobs.
