We are JungleJobs, a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Moscow, Russia.

We operate an online job marketplace in Russia that functions as an online auction. We unite employers and recruiters from across industries, regardless of business size, and provide employers with access to a broad pool of recruiters and recruiters with access to a wide range of vacancies. We believe that an alternative approach to recruitment and modern technologies will improve the industry by enabling direct interaction between participants.

We deliver our services through a platform that supports a targeted search to help employers find recruiters with specialized expertise and, in turn, help recruiters access relevant vacancies. We facilitate communication between employers and recruiters throughout the process. Our workflow is as follows: employers post vacancies; recruiters respond to projects; recruiters provide candidates; employers review candidates; employers pay JungleJobs, and we send 70% of the fee to the recruiter.
