We are Karrierepool WZL Aachen PS GmbH, a self-owned organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2005 and are headquartered in Aachen, Germany.

Our offering for individuals includes coaching with systemic process Consulting and coaching for career questions, personal life decisions, improved conflict handling, and feedback; application counseling with holistic one-on-one discussions and operational support for the entire application process, and workshops in small groups to optimize self-presentation in professional contexts and application situations; and job-hunting placement with targeted outreach and introductions to companies, both proactively and aligned with our candidate pool.
