Katalyst Talent, we are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.

We support SaaS technology firms looking to scale their teams. By partnering with firms for sustained periods, we embed ourselves in our clients’ culture, getting to understand their DNA and deliver the talent they require.

We work closely with key stockholders across the business and typically operate on a retained basis to deliver multiple hires across an agreed timeframe.
