Koillismaa, we are a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry, and we are based in Koillismaa, Finland.

We were created as part of the Maan pinnalla model within the Mahdollisuuksien Pohjoinen – JobBoost Koillis-Suomi project. We participate in an ESR-funded project to pursue broad solutions aimed at improving the availability of skilled labor in the Koillis-Suomen labor market and at addressing labor market matching challenges.

Our approach is to work within the ESR-funded project framework to explore and pursue solutions that respond to labor market needs in Koillis-Suomi.
