Kragelj & Kragelj, Recruitment and Career Center, we are a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2003 and are headquartered in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

We provide professional and systematic assessment and selection of candidates that best match the specific requirements of organizational environments, evaluating abilities, personality traits, relationships and behavioral patterns, motivational structure, values, ambitions, and related factors.

We specialize in comprehensive and precise psychological analyses of leadership competences and staff development potential. We develop and deliver practical workshops and trainings in areas such as selection procedures, leadership, motivation, team formation, conducting annual reviews, conflict management, and leadership of difficult employees.

For employees in key roles we provide personal and leadership coaching, while we also offer individual career counseling to others.

We operate in Slovenia, with offices in Ljubljana and Tolmin.
