Leeters is a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 2023 and are headquartered in Madrid, Spain.

We are a project of innovation created by a team of experts in HR, Technology and Retail, capable of adapting Ecommerce, Livestream and Artificial Intelligence solutions to recruiting and personnel selection processes to make them more efficient and aligned with the lifestyle of today's candidate. We present a 360 solution built on a fully integrable web/app platform to develop Livestream Recruiting projects with campaigns to attract candidates, ad hoc production for the Live, the classification and validation of candidates through Smart Matching (AI) and advanced analytics. We speak of a new concept of personnel selection where the text gives way to streaming, where a job description becomes a dialogue between candidate and company to initiate a matching process. Leeters is an open solution to all kinds of organizations, public and private, in corporations or startups and always open to contact with a candidate who seeks a new form of information and interaction.
