We are Les Colettes, a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Nantes, France.

We were formed from the belief that recruitment depends above all on the energy we deploy to accompany companies and candidates, and on transforming the effort into a shared future. We believe that enthusiasm and motivation come from people staying true to themselves and acting as an integral part of the organization.

We are a network of independent headhunters who collaborate to support companies and candidates. We operate across France to provide national coverage.
