LibiaCoach is the name we use for our self-employed operation in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Bogotá, Colombia.

Our purpose and passion in life is to be our best version and to engage fully in everything we do—within our business, as mothers, as partners, as family members, and as friends. We accompany teams and individuals in the process of making a connection with their purpose and contribution. We firmly believe that it is possible to humanize the inside of organizations and to challenge paradigms.

We approach our work by guiding teams and individuals through a process of discovery, alignment with their purpose, and connection to their contributions.
