We are LICHT, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Eindhoven, Netherlands.

We stand for a personal approach. We know our candidates and clients really well, and this helps us create a strong match between professionals and interim assignments or vacancies.

We work with a personal, warm, and close approach. We understand the field and the challenges. We have a large network in South Netherlands, and we connect independent professionals with interim opportunities and with permanent vacancies. We organize LICHT and SCHITTER sessions for professionals and clients in our network to support development and ongoing growth.
