We are a consulting firm focused on recruitment and competence development. Our focus is to increase profitability for our clients through proper recruitment and development of employees. Central to this work is our expertise in active search and headhunting. We take time to understand the client and candidate situations to grasp their needs and wishes. We apply a proactive and positive approach that creates motivation and initiative in our partnerships. We use test tools certified by DNV-GL, and some of our personnel are certified in accordance with DNV-GL's standard for recruitment personnel.
