LOTUS Human Capital Network is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2024 and are headquartered in Skopje, North Macedonia.

We base our approach on two key concepts: freedom and trust. The freedom of the experts to work what they like, for as many companies they like, regardless of time and place, and the trust of the employer that only a completely free, open and trustworthy expert is able to realize the best projects, goals and tasks.
