We are LoudIT, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania.

We recruit and hire IT talent internationally to match them to projects on a short- or long-term basis with immediate availability. We provide developers and IT specialists with experience and access to a wide range of projects in different-sized companies, and we connect our clients to our wide international IT talent network.

We address a deficit of developers and IT specialists caused by the fast and growing demand for digital solutions by hiring talented people and IT candidates and by creating an online platform where the client can request candidates to work for a set amount of time on their project. We help companies avoid headhunter fees, improve and accelerate workflow, reduce risks of overestimation, and have full access to international IT talent. For developers, we provide opportunities to gain experience and exposure and offer flexible working.
