Madmax work is a privately held recruitment company operating in the temporary help services industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Katowice, Poland.

We support logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing companies across Poland by providing engaged, legally employed workers from Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Central Asia, Africa, and South America.

We offer more than a recruitment service. We provide a full support system—from needs analysis and candidate selection to the legalization of residence and work, and daily coordination. This approach includes ongoing coordination to minimize turnover.

Among our strengths, we emphasize flexibility—we adjust the number and profile of workers to match changing production and logistics needs. We pursue effective recruitment by selecting candidates ready for long-term cooperation. We ensure legalization and documentation to maintain full compliance with laws. We provide internal coordinators who maintain daily contact, resolve issues, and ensure full care for workers. We aim for stability, because when workers stay with us there are fewer trainings, lower costs, and greater efficiency.
