Maintenance Akademy is a partnership operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Rennes, France.

We respond to the significant needs of our clients for qualified maintenance personnel by developing a process that enables securing and supporting the selection and integration of technicians originating from abroad, particularly from Morocco. Our aim is to secure recruitment and to remove the technical, administrative, and cultural barriers that may exist, and to promote the integration of technicians into the company and into the city, over the long term.
