Maio — we are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

We are a boutique human resources recruitment consultancy with experience serving leading companies across diverse industries. Our contribution lies in our ability to be creative, to maintain closeness to clients and candidates, to respond quickly, and to be flexible.

We work as a team, close to people, with frank dialogue with clients and candidates, listening, asking the right questions, and closely guiding the recruitment process from start to finish. We enjoy challenges and constant learning.

We work in association with Connie Eastman’s Network of Consulting Firms, with whom we have formed very good teams for large projects.
