We are Master Trainers Institute, a partnership operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Bucharest, Romania.

We exist to help people become Master Trainers through our energy, professionalism and competencies. We are with you from the first step until you can independently build and deliver any course, workshop or presentation to any audience. We are the trainers, mentors, coaches, supporters and friends you need to become a trainer.

We are authorized to offer certification for a new perspective in the trainer career. We provide a structured path that combines guidance and practice to help you develop the ability to present and deliver content effectively.

Our specialties include Training, Coaching, Mentoring, Human Resources, Public Speaking, Workshops, and Personal Development.

We operate in Romania.

We support and prepare trainers at the start of their careers, we work on the continuous improvement of Master Trainers, we launch courses and workshops relevant to the public, and we create customized products for companies and communities.
