We are Med Connect, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.

Our mission is to bridge the gap between healthcare facilities and talented healthcare professionals, ensuring excellent patient care through effective recruitment solutions.

We deliver primary care staffing solutions including doctors, nurses, and allied health staff. We provide hospital staffing solutions including SHO, NCHD, registrar and consultant locum and permanent positions in public and private hospitals. We also provide community pharmacy staffing solutions including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff.

We focus on family medicine, general practitioner and primary care staffing, including family doctors (medico de familia and medico da familia), practice nurses, nurses and triage nurses, practice managers, medical secretaries, social care, pharmacist recruitment, and hospital staffing including consultants, NCHD, registrars, and SHOs.

We operate in Ireland.
