MEDHR, we are a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Steinhausen, Switzerland.

We are a Polish company specializing in the recruitment of healthcare professionals. We have broad knowledge and understanding of the Swiss healthcare system and its high quality standards. We pay close attention to the requirements of our Swiss partners and we provide them with highly educated and experienced personnel such as nurses, doctors, pharmacists, physiotherapists, RTTs, and many others.

We ensure that candidate profiles match the needs of Swiss healthcare institutions in terms of education and EU diplomas, working experience, language skills (German or French B2), specialization courses and diplomas, personality tests, nostrification documents with SRK or MEBEKO, and openness to relocation and adaptation to the Swiss environment. We fully support our candidates throughout the recruitment process, organizing the required documents, coaching, and preparing them for interviews with our Swiss partners. We understand that support is crucial for maintaining motivation and commitment in a new job placement, which is why we also manage relocation procedures such as residence permits, accommodation, healthcare insurance choices, opening bank accounts, and cultural training and adaptation to Swiss culture and living.
