We are Mel-Job, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Arona, Spain.

We help young people pursue personal and professional goals by connecting them with opportunities in Austria or Germany. We began in 2018 with Talents for Europe, and since 2022 with Mel-Job we help young people fulfill their personal and work dreams. We support learning German and placements in important companies. The sectors highlighted include gastronomy (restaurant services and cooking), mechanical manufacturing (welding and boilermaking), electrical and automatic installations, production of cold and heat installations, information technology and telecommunications, and other degrees.
