We are MENA Jobs, a partnership operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Antwerp, Belgium.

We operate MENAJOBS.me, a recruitment platform that uses artificial intelligence to transform the way companies post jobs and the way jobseekers find a job. Our AI-based analysis reads résumés to build a profile of the candidate and to support matching against job descriptions, work experiences, competences and skills, language knowledge, and education.

We provide mobile access to facilitate smartphone use in the region and worldwide. Jobseekers can search for a job by sending a simple text message from their mobile, or even by sending a voice message from their mobile.

We focus on job and jobs, support jobseekers in their career, and provide recruitment and hiring services.

We operate in Belgium.

Our AI-based analysis and matching technology understands and validates every element in both the candidate’s résumé and the job description, including work experiences, competences & skills, language knowledge, and education.
