We are Mentor & Faber, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Verona, Italy.

We founded an HR company after many years in managerial roles and after working with companies of varying sizes, from small and medium-sized enterprises to multinational corporations. We bring a toolkit of instruments and competencies that make the journey easier and more effective.
