We are Meridian Business Support, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1989 and are headquartered in Manchester, United Kingdom.

Our purpose is to provide temporary, contract and permanent staffing solutions across multiple sectors, including Built Environment, Healthcare, Office and Professional, and Industrial, while offering RPO and onsite staffing solutions.

We operate through a network of more than 30 branches across the United Kingdom and support clients from across the globe, delivering recruitment services through temporary, contract and permanent placements, with on-site staffing solutions and RPO as required.

We specialize in Permanent Recruitment, Mtec Management System, Temporary Recruitment, Health Recruitment, On-Site Solution, Construction Recruitment, Industrial Recruitment, and Office & Professional Recruitment.

We have a national presence across the United Kingdom, with 30+ branches, and we support clients from across the globe.

In 2021, we successfully complete a Management Buyout, resulting in over 50% of our team becoming shareholders. Our future is now entirely in our hands!
