mind A/S is a self-employed organization operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 2023 and are headquartered in Hornslet, Denmark.

We apply a Performance Based Recruitment approach. We focus on what a candidate must DO to succeed in a job, rather than what they must HAVE to apply. We uncover a candidate's past successes and the best job-related results, and map the circumstances behind their success. If the person can perform once in a certain setup, we are confident they can do it again. Competencies do not define results—results define competencies. It is not essential what you have in terms of competencies and skills, but rather how you translate those competencies into targeted actions. Traditional recruitment reveals competencies and general motivation, whereas Performance Based Recruitment describes the actions in a job and reveals the candidate's motivation for doing those actions. The right actions yield the right results—short and simple.

We are a young, ambitious and dynamic team, all hired on the basis of motivation for our job—not on the basis of what we bring in terms of competencies. We have diverse backgrounds including communications, economics and molecular biology, but we are united by one mission: People make the difference. Our goal is to revolutionize the way Danish companies view recruitment, create fantastic results, and have a lot of fun along the way.
