We are MIND Consulting Costa Rica, a partnership operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in San José, Costa Rica.

We understand organizational health to be linked to delivering efficient operational and financial results through excellence in staff performance. To this end, we invest in talent development to enable organizations to help their people achieve greater self-awareness and learn how to give the work experience, to others and to themselves, a different meaning.
