Mindelligent, we are a privately held organization operating in the executive search services industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Zagreb, Croatia.

We have an international presence, supported by a global network of external associates located in Europe, Latin America, Morocco, Kenya and South Africa. In the context of career specialization and functional domain, we support technologies and ecosystems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Web3, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things and Cybersecurity, and industries including Manufacturing, Consumer goods, Supply Chain, Retail, Wholesale, Telecommunications, Software and Hardware. Our specialties include headhunting, executive search, building effective teams, and background validation.
