Mindoneers, we are a self-owned company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Ciudad de México, Mexico.

We describe ourselves through the Mindoneer concept: we are curious, creative, and restless, and we have the courage to say what we think even when it goes against inertia or pre-established beliefs. We listen to understand the problem, fall in love with the problem, and seek the solution.

We see ourselves as connectors who search for people by their skills, explore, have the capacity for wonder, and maintain a conscious and resilient approach as lifelong learners.
