MINE; we are a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2003 and are headquartered in Malmö, Sweden.

We are dedicated to increasing diversity in the workplace. We believe that greater diversity accompanies economic growth and organizational development. This is something many organizations are aware of. However, developing an inclusive organization in practice is not always straightforward. That is why we exist. We offer mentorship programs, workshops, trainings and lectures. Some events are open to everyone, while others are exclusive to our members. For our members we provide ongoing advice, inspirational lectures and networking events. Among our members are organizations such as IKEA, SEB and Malmö city.
