We are Mission Driven Recruitment, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

We implement MDP (Mission Driven Recruitment), a process designed to avoid the disadvantages of the traditional employer-employee relationship and to move beyond contingency-based agreements. It presents a freelance arrangement without fixed labor costs and without commissions. We are a group of independent freelance recruiters specializing in executive searches and IT profiles who joined to improve our results and provide a client response focused on cost-benefit.

With more than 10 years of experience recruiting for organizations in LATAM, including Brazil, and in the United States and Canada, we bring a track record across regions. We specialize in executive searches and IT profiles. We have built a database of more than 20,000 profiles and, through premium headhunting technologies, we can quickly identify and attract passive candidates.
