We are Monitor Research, a self-owned organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1986 and are headquartered in Milan, Italy.

We have decades of experience in human resources research and advisory. We work across all functional areas with a partnership-based approach to our clients and with careful attention to the needs of those we interview. We work with clients ranging from large international groups to small and medium enterprises. We have developed relationships with both management and entrepreneurs. We help companies change, doing so with systematic methods and with maximum flexibility and delicacy. We search for rare professionals and propose organizational solutions. We collaborate with ownership or senior management, adopting a project-management style mediated by marketing methodologies: defining research objectives, market analysis, successive approximations, and evaluating people.

We specialize in personnel selection and search, and in executive search and management consulting. We work on searches for significant management positions in Italy and abroad, and we bring a consultative approach, accuracy, and experience in understanding the needs of our clients and those of the managers we propose. We also bring a long-standing familiarity with the Italian entrepreneurial reality, which enables us to provide customized search services at multiple functional levels.
