We are Montera Stv & Associati, a partnership operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Vicenza, Italy.

We were formed from the union of two established entities in the territory for recruitment and selection of qualified personnel: Montera e Associati and STV Ricerca e Selezione. Our Partners come from specialist and managerial experiences in HR and Organization in important Italian and multinational companies, which allows us to offer clients and candidates a service characterized by high competencies and professional seriousness.
