Motio-Personal Coaching, we are a self-employed organization operating in the Human Resources industry, and we were founded in 2009 with our headquarters in Berchem, Belgium.

We provide EMDR in coaching, stress management, burnout coaching and career guidance. We support you to embark on your personal journey and to discover how to achieve your better place in life by using your energy sources.

We identify your stress sources and allocate them to your behaviour, and through our coaching you will discover how to deal with these stressors more easily and to become more relaxed. We develop an appropriate way for you to activate your energy sources and to implement them into your life in the right way. We take you step by step into action, and we motivate and inspire you.

We specialize in stress management, work-life balance, burn-out, personal development, career switch, and expatriate coaching.

We operate in Belgium and have locations in Berchem, Mortsel, and Lier.
