We are MOTIVA - psihološki centar, a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Novi Sad, Serbia.

Our mission is to help clients achieve self-determination through an individualized approach, for both individuals and organizations.

We were formed from current scientific knowledge and methodological solutions in the field of motivation. We offer services that help companies and individuals develop and achieve their goals. Our psychologists have years of experience in entrepreneurship, business consulting, psychotherapy, coaching, and in academic and scientific research. We are general representatives of IMMERSYVE, a US HR company, and of the Motivationworks engagement software. Our solutions are organized into two packages: MOTIVA business and MOTIVA individual. MOTIVA business includes trainings and development, assessment of employee motivation, company research, and coaching. MOTIVA individual includes psychotherapy, trainings in communication, wingwave coaching focused on stress reduction, workshops, education in mental health, and career counseling.

We operate in Serbia.
