We are MPH, a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1985 and are headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We specialize in technical recruitment for energy transition projects and draw on more than 35 years of global experience. Our footprint spans across the Middle East and North Africa, Europe, Asia, and Africa. We provide three main tailored solutions to support project management needs: executive recruitment, business process outsourcing, and contract hire premium packages. We operate as a turn-key workforce solutions and end-to-end service provider. We source and place talent in the industries we serve. In 2014, TFSI (Technical Field Services International) merged with MPH. We are ISO 9001:20015 certified.

We deliver our services through structured processes that begin with understanding client requirements, followed by targeted sourcing, screening, and placement, all supported by an end-to-end service approach.

We select and recruit engineering and managerial professionals and offer secondment, as well as service packages and direct hire services.

We operate in the United Arab Emirates and France, with a footprint across the Middle East and North Africa, Europe, Asia, and Africa.

We were established in Paris, France in 1985.
