We are neformalios ATRANKOS, a self-employed staffing and recruiting organization operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania.

We offer a smoother and more efficient recruitment process that enables faster results and adds value to your company. Payment is made only after a successful recruitment, typically about 30 calendar days after the hired candidate starts work. We focus on finding and screening specialists and unskilled workers—this is what we do well, what fits, and what we enjoy. We bring more than 15 years of practice across various stages of the employee lifecycle, supported by a refined, effective recruitment process methodology.

During conversations we can readily identify the most motivated candidates for work, determine their competencies, skills, and values for a specific position. We strive to create a comfortable interview atmosphere, respond to the answers, and be honest with the interviewees. We aim to help potential employees unfold without formal examination and without causing excessive worry.
