We are Non-profit Partnership "Labor Market Experts," operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 2013 and are headquartered in Moscow, Russia.

Our purpose is to promote the formation and broader adoption in Russia of best practices and standards in human capital development, aimed at ensuring a high level of employment. Our global goal is the consolidation of efforts of all labor market participants to address the main tasks related to the development and improvement of the labor market and the application of best practices and standards in the field of labor resources.

We are a global professional community created to support partnerships among professionals in human resources, recruitment, labor law, education, media, government and non-government organizations, enterprises, and academic institutions. We represent the interests of small, medium, and large businesses, as well as individual entrepreneurs. We pursue maximum engagement of all labor market participants in dialogue and the development of a consolidated position on the most pressing issues in employment, influencing the policy agenda on employment.

Our specialties include nonprofit organization and professional community, consulting support, expert consultation, training, and legal consultation.

Our activities are conducted in Russia, with the organization based in Moscow.
