We are the Iranian Society for Human Resources Management (ISHRM), a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2004 and we are headquartered in Tehran, Iran.

We were established to disseminate the culture of human resources management, develop knowledge and elevate the level of research, participate and influence in drafting laws and regulations, and create a space for exchanging information, experiences, and new ideas in the field of human resources management in the country.
