Novare Human Capital — we are a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2001 and are headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.

We were founded in 2001 to provide HR support to portfolio companies. Today we are a corporate group with several operating companies offering specialist competence within the area of human capital. We include the following brands: Novare Executive Search, Novare Leadership Academy, Novare Potential, Novare Intro, Novare Interim & Recruitment, Novare Public, and Novare Bemanning. Novare Executive Search offers executive recruitment and executive search, as well as recruitment of mid-level managers and senior specialists. Novare Leadership Academy provides innovative and business-driven development programs. Novare Potential works to increase diversity and inclusion in the labor market. Novare Intro handles introductory recruitment of young people with disabilities. Novare Interim & Recruitment provides consultancy and recruitment services in the private sector. Novare Public specializes in staffing of managers and specialists for the public sector. Novare Bemanning provides interim and staffing services to the public sector.
