Nox People is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2005 and are headquartered in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

We act as an intermediary for ambitious Finance, Human Resources & Marketing professionals, for both permanent and interim positions. We focus on (post) HBO or (post) WO level. We understand that success is determined by the right expertise, skills, effort and motivation, and that personality is the key link. We use Talent Motivation Analysis© to gain personal insight into wishes, needs and talents, and experience shows that having good insight is the basis for successful functioning. We offer three services: Recruitment, Selection and Career Advice in the salary range 40K–70K per year; Executive Search in the salary range 70K–150K per year; Interim Finance.

We deliver our services by leveraging a well-maintained network to recruit and select candidates for permanent and interim roles, and we use the Talent Motivation Analysis© to inform our understanding of wishes, needs and talents and to support decision making.
